Understanding your business needs is our top priority. We may record calls to focus on your needs and expectations, rather than taking notes, and to coach our team to provide you with an even better experience. To help us fulfill this purpose, we use Gong.io as our service provider.
The following explains our privacy practices related to call recordings. If you do not approve the recording of a call, please let us know and we will not record it.
What Information Do We Collect and Why?
We record calls to focus on you instead of taking notes, and for internal training and coaching purposes. Please do not share any sensitive personal information of any kind during recorded calls. We do not request and have no intention of collecting this type of information.
We also do not intend to record people in your surroundings. Please ensure that other individuals nearby are not being recorded unintentionally, or that you have provided them with this notice and they have acknowledged their consent to being recorded.
If you request access to or deletion of your recordings, we will need a way to identify the relevant recordings. We may use details such as your name, email address, time of the call, IP address, and browser type for this purpose.
With Whom Do We Share the Information?
We use Gong.io as a service provider to record calls and provide us with analytics. Gong.io may engage additional sub-processors to deliver these services.
