Scott Metro serves as Chief Information Officer at 360 Advanced, where he leads the firm’s technology strategy with a focus on enabling scale, efficiency, and innovation across Sales, Delivery, and Operations. In this role, Scott is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimizing emerging technologies that strengthen operational performance and support the firm’s long-term growth objectives.
Scott joined 360 Advanced following a distinguished 20-year career as a Partner at PwC, where he retired in 2022. During his tenure, he held several senior leadership roles, including Global Financial Services Risk and Compliance Transformation Leader and Trust & Transparency Solutions National Financial Services Leader. In these roles, Scott helped organizations modernize audit, risk, and compliance programs through automation, data analytics, and technology-enabled transformation.
With more than 35 years of experience across banking, asset and wealth management, insurance, and FinTech, Scott brings deep expertise in complex financial operations, systems, and controls. His background includes extensive work supporting SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 engagements and other third-party assurance initiatives over mission-critical financial processes.
In addition to his role at 360 Advanced, Scott is the Founder and Principal of MetroInnovates, advising organizations on emerging technology solutions and executive talent strategy. He also serves as Chief Information Security Officer at Hazeltree, where he helps protect the organization, its employees, and clients from evolving cyber risks, and is the Founder and Lead Technical Architect of CrushedIT Sports, an AI-enabled, cloud-based sports league management platform.
Scott is a CPA licensed in New York and Connecticut and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). His career reflects a consistent focus on leveraging technology to strengthen governance, risk management, and operational resilience.
