Since joining the firm in 2018, Nichole has advanced through roles ranging from Staff Auditor to Senior Associate, Practice Manager, Senior Practice Manager, Associate Director, and ultimately Practice Director. This progression gives her a deep understanding of delivery execution, team leadership, and operational management.
In addition to her practical experience, Nichole holds several industry certifications including CISA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and HITRUST CCSFP. Nichole specializes in supporting large organizations with complex compliance challenges. Her ability to align regulatory requirements with real-world business needs enables her to guide clients through the development and implementation of scalable, practical security and compliance programs.
Nichole holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She is recognized as a trusted leader and mentor, known for fostering collaboration, developing talent, and continuously raising the bar across her teams and client engagement.
