Daulton Capps serves as Director of Client Success at 360 Advanced, where he leads the firm’s client success strategy with a focus on long-term value, retention, and relationship growth. Since joining 360 Advanced in December 2024 as a Client Success Program Manager, Daulton has played a key role in building and scaling the Client Success program, helping ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality engagement throughout their lifecycle.
Prior to 360 Advanced, Daulton held client success, business development, and channel-focused roles at several technology organizations, including Hook Security, IRONSCALES, TechGuard Security, and Avatara. Across these roles, he developed a strong foundation in customer engagement, revenue alignment, and partner-driven growth within the cybersecurity and technology sectors.
Daulton holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Sports Management from Indiana State University and is a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I).
