Bryan Martin is an accomplished cybersecurity leader and the Practice Manager of 360 Advanced’s Penetration Testing team. In this role, he leads a group of expert ethical hackers who are responsible for conducting extensive penetration testing engagements across various industries. Bryan’s team holds a variety of industry-recognized certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, eWPT, GSEC, and many others, ensuring a high standard of technical proficiency. His leadership and strategic oversight ensure that all engagements meet rigorous contractual and industry-specific requirements.
With over a decade of cybersecurity experience, Bryan’s career began in the U.S. Navy in 2009, where he served as a Cryptological Technician (CTN). He was involved in critical network defense operations and earned recognition from the Director of the National Security Agency (DIRNSA) for his work on over 900 high-interest targets. His Navy career culminated in a position as a lead at Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC), where he led a team of 17 and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for his outstanding performance.
Following his service, Bryan transitioned into civilian roles where he further honed his skills, including leading penetration testing projects and developing cybersecurity tools. Before joining 360 Advanced in 2021, Bryan worked at NovCon Solutions, where he managed a penetration testing team and supported clients in securing their environments. At 360 Advanced, Bryan continues to oversee penetration testing for high-profile clients, particularly in the context of federal cybersecurity programs like CMMC, FedRAMP, StateRAMP and other regulatory frameworks, helping organizations fortify their security posture and achieve compliance.
