BSides312 is Chicago’s community-built, community-run cybersecurity conference, and it’s one of the more genuine gatherings in the security world. Hosted on May 16, 2026 at the Irish American Heritage Center in Chicago, the event brings together security professionals, researchers, and enthusiasts for a full day of learning and networking. The program includes two talk tracks with 15 diverse presenters, hands-on activities like a CTF hacking challenge, lockpicking village, and Linux Village — the kind of format that rewards curiosity and keeps things real.
