Terrance Garrett is an Advisor to 360 Advanced and an Operating Partner at Bregal Sagemount, where he works closely with portfolio company leadership teams to accelerate growth and build operational scale. Since Sagemount’s investment, Terrance has partnered with the 360 Advanced leadership team to support execution, operational discipline, and long-term value creation initiatives.
Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, Terrance served as an Executive Director within the Value Creation team at Vista Equity Partners, where he supported portfolio companies across all facets of growth, operational improvement, and performance optimization. Earlier in his career, he led the Digital Transformation team within Dell’s Global Operations organization, focusing on supply chain optimization and cost efficiency through large-scale digitization initiatives. Terrance began his career at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, advising clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
Terrance holds a BA in Economics from the University of Memphis and a JD from Harvard Law School. He brings a pragmatic, operator-focused perspective to advising, grounded in deep experience helping organizations scale efficiently while aligning strategy, execution, and performance.
