In her role as Chief People & Risk Officer, Kucera is responsible for overseeing talent strategies and risk management initiatives. Additionally, as President of 360 Advanced, Inc. (a licensed CPA firm) she oversees the Quality Assurance Department—driving firm methodologies to ensure our practitioners maintain regulatory compliance while providing clients with insightful information to further their cybersecurity posture—and managing overall business risk.

Kucera has more than 20 years of experience in financial information systems, IT auditing, and financial accounting/auditing. She began her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young and has held various industry positions, including financial information systems manager. Kucera is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Public Accountant authorized to practice in several states.

Kucera is unyieldingly committed to serving her community, having served serving as the Board Chair and Finance Committee Chair for The Children’s Dream Fund, mentoring women in business, and supporting sustainable conservation efforts.
